Sammic Team in Singapore would like to share The Burning Oak‘s experience with SmartVide by Sammic.
Located within The Bedok Market Place, the veredict of Mr Dennis Han & Mr Jeremy Han, who are running the restaurant, is clear: “We have tried other brands of sous-vide machines, and those that promise 10,000 hours of usage break down twice in a year. They also take long time to repair and the parts are very expensive. Until we started trying Sammic sous-vide machines in 2018. We are now very happy with the quality and performance and now we have 3 units of Sammic sous-vide machines in our kitchen. “
They also bought a Sammic vacuum packing machine in 2019 and have been using it till now.
