Ingredients
- 1 kg of chicken wings
- 20 g of garlic powder
- 5 g of oregano
- 5 g of black pepper
- 5 g of paprika
- 20 g of sesame oil
- 150 g of hot sauce
- 30 g of sugar
- 70 g of butter
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the cleaned wings with garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and paprika.
Vacuum seal and cook in the SmartVide sous-vide cooker at 70 °C for 6 hours.

For the sauce, mix the butter with sesame oil, sugar, and hot sauce in a pan. Reduce until thickened.

Once the wings are cooked, brown them in the oven and coat them well with the sauce.
