Ingredients
- 2 kg of beef ribs
- 300 g of oyster sauce
- 50 g of garlic
- 40 g of sugar
- 15 g of ginger
- 8 g of sesame oil
- 5 g of pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the ribs until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the ribs and marinate them vacuum-sealed for 5 hours.
Cook the ribs in the SmartVide sous-vide cooker at 75 degrees for 8 hours.
Remove the ribs and sear them in a pan or on the grill.
Finish with cilantro and chillies.
In this recipe, the sous-vide technique enhances the flavours and provides a juicier and tastier texture.
