Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken thighs
- 200 g of cheddar
- 100 g of cooked ham
Preparation
Debone the chicken thighs. Season the thighs with salt and pepper and stuff them with the cheese and ham.
Roll each thigh into a cylinder using cling film.
Vacuum seal the rolls and cook at 65°C in a SmartVide sous-vide cooker for 4 hours.
To finish, remove the cling film and brown the rolls in a pan or in the oven before serving.
