San Sebastian Gastronomika reaches its 17th edition this year (2015) established as a global standard for haute cuisine. An unmissable event from 4 to 7 October featuring Singapore and Hong Kong as guest cities. And we are proud to annouce that Sammic will be present at this year’s edition, like in several previous ones.
This year, we will have a stand in the “Market” section, where we will highlight SmartVide. the new generation of immersion circulators, designed and manufactured by Sammic. On the other hand, on 6th October and in collaboration with Fleischmann’s Cooking Group, we will organise a workshop about “Sous-vide family, advantages and cutting-edge uses” for professional users, where the attendants will not only get training but will also taste several dishes prepared with sous-vide cooking technique.
And, as there are no two without three, in ALTA congress, on 7th october, our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann will take part in the conference called ‘7 Basque Pianists’ and the attendantes will be able to taste low temp cooked scarlet shrimp, prepared using sous-vide cooking method.
